Who founded Daolondon and when did it start?

My name is Paule-carine Dao. I am a freelance female fashion designer who runs Daolondon solo and it started in February 2014

Do I have to order online ?

Yes, if you are not local but if you are. I am more than happy to meet up with you.

How can I pay for my order?

The website is owned by Bigcartel that will transfer you to stripe and you can pay using that method

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, but shipping cost may be a bit more than the Uk shipping costs?

How long does delivery take ?

If you live in Europe please allow 2-3 working days for it to be delivered. If you live internationally please allow 7-10 working days and a bit more depending on the location.

What if I am not in when my delivery comes?

Please note that down when you place the order so I can make note to always update you on where your parcel is

Do you accept refunds?

No, refunds are not accepted. Exchange only. And when exchanging make sure the garment is in saleable condition.

How long do I have to exchange?

You have 7 days to post it back in order for it to be accepted 

Do you restock?

I don't restock on garments, therefore once is out of stock that is it. 

Do you do custom order?

Yes, I am more than happy to customise a garment for you. But, please let me know in advance and also be aware this will cost more. And needs more time like 2 - 3 weeks .

Is your garments available for photo shoots and video shoots?

Yes, but they will be a charge on depending on the number of pieces, location, hours etc..

Can I join your team?

I am more than happy to build a team as at the moment I am working solo and requires a lot of hard work. But, I will only accept serious, passionate ,hard working, creative Individuals who is willing to invest, share ideas, share there skills and help me move Daolondon forward.
